Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. We work with more than cardboard, so to give you an accurate assessment we'll schedule a quick call and ask you to share a few photos of your recycling materials. This helps us design a program that fits what you're actually generating, at no cost and no obligation to sign up afterward.

  • Minimum pickup is 6,000 lbs or 6 bales of baled cardboard a month. Free baler rental is available for businesses generating 10+ tons per month, with paid rental options for lower volumes. Baled cardboard is always preferred, it moves faster and is easier for us to process. If you generate less material and don't have a baler yet, loose cardboard must be palletized and wrapped before pickup or dropoff.

  • We provide the baler, free or leased depending on your volume, so your business can stop paying for cardboard waste and start getting paid for it. Businesses generating 10+ tons (20,000+ lbs) of cardboard per month qualify for a free baler.

  • Yes. If you don't have enough volume to qualify for a long-term recycling program, we can still schedule a one-time pickup for your recycling materials.

  • Domestic orders under $700 are available for pickup only. Orders of $700 or more qualify for free delivery. We prefer larger orders when delivery is involved. Export containers to Latin America require a minimum of 1 container, approximately 22 tons or 50,000 lbs.

  • Both. Falcon buys and sells paper inventory, rolls, and pallets, in addition to our recycling programs. We work with printers, packaging companies, and distributors to move paper stock both domestically and internationally.

  • Yes. Buyers who accept mixed containers and varied paper grades get access to our best pricing and consistent stock availability. If you can work with mixed lots rather than one specific spec, reach out, we likely have inventory ready to move.
